RETURN POLICY
RETURNING AN ORDER
- You may return your order in part or in whole within 14 days of receipt. Your order confirmation email will include a return number to be used if you need to return a product. Please note the return instructions and the products that are eligible for returns and refunds. Product costs will be refunded in full, excluding the delivery and handling charges involved in returning the product.
- You may return your order in part or whole within 14 days of receipt without penalty if the product is not as expected, after obtaining authorization from a Sweet Sixteen customer service agent. Before returning merchandise, you must contact Sweet Sixteen customer service by email. We will provide instructions on how to return merchandise. It is your responsibility to be aware of which products are eligible for return and refund.
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
- Edible products
- Products not in their original packaging
- Products not in their original quantity
- Gift certificates cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
Please note: For health and safety reasons, Sweet Sixteen does not accept returns or exchanges of candies, as they are edible and perishable goods.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
It is very important that you inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the box appears damaged when received, we request that you refuse delivery. The shipper will then have to return the box to us, and Sweet Sixteen customer service will contact you.
If you notice that one of your products was damaged in shipping and that it is eligible for return/refund, you should place the product in its original packaging and contact Sweet Sixteen customer service.
Please note: All products purchased from an independent retailer are subject to the retailer’s return policy. Please contact your local retailer for details.
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may write to info@mondoux.ca. No product purchased on this website may be returned to a local retailer. Once we receive your returns, we will refund the credit card used for the original transaction within 14 business days and send you confirmation by email. Original shipping charges (if applicable) are not refundable.
