Standard delivery times are according to the following delivery schedule:Local:
- 1 business day
- Regional: 1 to 3 business days
- National: 2 to 7 business days
- United States: 4 to 6 business days
Delivery times are based on the delivery times between most large urban centres in Canada and the United States. For packages delivered to smaller cities or outlying regions in Canada and the United States, more time is to be added according to Canada Post’s standards detailed here: https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/cpc/doc/en/support/articles/delivery-standards.pdf

Delivery fees are fixed at $15 across Canada and free on orders of $50 or more.
* Delivery charges for street addresses with postal codes starting with A0K, A0P, G0G, J0M, P0L, P0T, P0V, R0B, R0C, S0J, T0H, T0P, V0J, V0N, V0P, V0R, V0T, V0V, X0A, X0B, X0C, X0E or Y0B are calculated in real time by Canada Post Therefore, these postal codes are excluded from the free shipping and the $15 flat fee.
SWEET SIXTEEN ships online orders to Canadian and American destinations via Canada Post.
We ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays, and orders are processed in the next business day after purchase. Orders received Saturday and Sunday are processed the following Monday. Orders to American destinations are shipped within 5 to 7 days.
Please note that orders will not be processed or shipped on these holidays:

All special orders are shipped within two weeks, depending on the type of order and the availability of requested items in stock.
Orders to American destinations may be subject to taxes or other charges, to be assumed by the customer.

Please note that there may be a lag time before the tracking information becomes available on Canada Post’s website.
