Frequently Asked Questions

What are the (magic) ingredients in our candies? How long after you order them will you be able to devour them? How can you return them to us if they don’t totally please your discerning palate?

Delivery

For all orders totalling less than $50 before taxes, the delivery charge is $15 anywhere in Canada.

For orders totalling $50 or more, delivery is free. Some outlying regions are excluded.

We generally process orders within 1 to 3 business days. Our shipper then delivers the order within a few days, depending on the region and the demand. Please take statutory holidays into account when estimating the delivery date.

We will take care not to ship your order during intense and prolonged heat waves. When necessary, we reserve the right to delay sending your package to our shipper for several days to ensure that our product reaches you in perfect condition.

We will email you a confirmation notice with a tracking number when your order has been shipped.

Canada : Sweet Sixteen ships orders all across Canada through Canada Post.

P.O. Boxes : Regrettably, we are unable to ship orders to post office boxes in the United States at this time. 

For the Montreal and Laval area, orders can be picked up at our warehouse located at 1610 Place de Lierre in Laval (QC). Our Customer Service team will send you pick up instructions when you submit your order.

Usually, the Canada Post delivery person will leave a notice indicating the post office where you can retrieve your order.

You can track the progress of your delivery using the link provided by email. However, if the package had not arrived within the specified time frame, write to us at info@mondoux.ca.

Email us as soon as possible, providing the correct address and your order number. Unfortunately, if a delivery confirmation has already been sent, it’s too late to change the address, because the package has already been shipped. An additional $10 delivery charge will apply to redeliver the package.

Orders

Our packages do not contain invoices. As a business that promotes eco-friendly practices, Sweet Sixteen strives to minimize printing, among other measures.

Of course! When we begin to package your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link you can use to track your package online at www.canadapost.ca/track. Please note that there may be a lag time before the tracking information appears in the Canada Post website.

Please start by checking your junk email folder. If your order confirmation notice is not there, please contact us at info@mondoux.ca. Please be sure to provide the complete name associated with the order and your order number.

All Sweet Sixteen products are peanut-free.

Sweet Sixteen candies stay fresh for 12 months. If you store them in an air-tight container away from light, your candies will still be delicious many months later!
